We're looking for prospects in the markets listed below who may be willing to host a cc computer in their home or business. Most urgent are the markets in California and Texas. If you know someone living in any of these areas who you think may be willing to work with us CC hosts are required to have high speed (aka broadband) Internet service (that is, an always-on connection to the Internet via cable or DSL). Hosts also must have local cable television service. Satellite reception is not an option. VMS will provide, at no charge to the host, a router that allows multiple computers to share the same high speed Internet connection. VMS will provide a self-contained, pre-configured tower case computer that decodes closed captioning. All the host has to do is connect Internet and cable tv to the back of the computer and then turn it on. The computer requires no ongoing effort from the host. VMS pays cc hosts a flat rate of $125 per month. The markets are for the following area. I do this and it's true, besides the occaisional reset of the computer, it is no effort what so ever. Just trying to help out, I know the extra income does come in handy as it pays my cable and tv bill by itself.
