Looking for the last J57 C-135

All is in the title. Does someone could help me to discover which was the last J57 powered C-135 variant who have flown ? One of the latest I found was the NKC-135A (BuNo 553134, construction number: 17250) from the Fleet Electronic Warfare Support Group, and based at Norfolk AFB. As any modernisations was considered too expensive (even TF-33 addition), he was withdrawn in February 1996 and sent to the AMARC. One of his brother, the 563596 who severd in Recce Strike or ALOTS program was also withdrawn from the F.E.W.S.G and sent to Davis-Monthan in 1994.
