Terrain weather not showing!

Hi fellows!!! I am writting because I have noticed the following: When I start a new mission, it starts at noon with scattered weather, although I change the wehather and time parameters (dawn, morning, night, overcast, inclement, etc.) Is there any way to fix this??? Thanks!!!
