Is WINGS OVER VIETNAM coming to the UK?

Is WINGS OVER VIETNAM going to be available in the UK? I can actually buy it from a US site, but there's a warning about it being NTSC system, not PAL. I thought that was just a TV problem rather than affecting PC games, but I'd like to know for sure.

Has anybody from the UK bought this from the US, and is flying it without problems?

cost me $29 + $13 shipping to new zealand ( I have brittish rig) reputable dealer and cheaper than gamestop where shipping is $30 + tax so I see on sim hq recent thread.
