SAM missiles disappear when copying a mission

I noticed recently that when I create a mission using the mission editor that SAM missiles disappear if I make a copy of the mission to fly a different aircraft. The SAM launchers are there but none of then have missiles on them. I have not noticed this before since I just recently started copying missions that I create. The original mission works fine but if I make a copy I get this very strange issue.

 

Any ideas?
