SF Add-ons work in WoV??

Hi all!!

I've just bought WoV and now and I'm discovering all those marvellous add-ons for Strike Fighters SP1.

So I'm wondering: Can I add those planes in WoV too, or are they meant only for SF?

By the way, have you tryed to DL the Iranian Tomcat pack on column5, because each time I try to browse files in the unzipped folder, the Windows explorer crashes. Any infos 'bout that??

Not really, should be pretty simple for most unless they use a file (e.g. cockpit) from something like the F-104 that is in SF P1 but not in WoV.

Some of the MiGs ( And a few others ) use the SFP1 F-104G cockpit. To get around that, open the config.ini of the plane you're trying to get working & change the following :

 

 

Change from this :

 

CockpitDataFile=F-104G_cockpit.ini

 

To this ( For a MiG with Radar ):

 

CockpitDataFile=A-4E_cockpit.ini

 

Or this ( For a MiG without Radar ) :

 

CockpitDataFile=A-4B_cockpit.ini

 

 

The A-4s are common to both SFP1 & WOV ...

 

Note that some of the earlier aircraft releases ( That have not been updated to SP3 ) will act somewhat funny until a newer version is released...
