SF1 / WOE Targeting problems

So between SF1 and WOE I have problems with the program auto-selecting targets during missions and then I can de-select them to the primary. I have the settings as follows...

 

Alt 1 - Radar select

Alt 2 - Previous Radar

Alt 3 - Visual select

Alt 4 - Previous Visual

Alt 5 - deselect current target

 

The only service pack I've added is the one for WOE. SF1 is the orriginal load.
