Campaign Missions Don't Work

Flying quick mission on Team Fusion Mod work O.K.

But, when starting a campaign my squadron mates just sit there. I take off around them and they never take off. What's happening?

No Reply?? Plus only the Quick missions that I make work. I see that campaigns and missions are in several folders, in baseline ,MOD, Parts etc. In many cases I can't even take off and if I do everyone else stays behind. I do see that enemy aircraft are in flight. My mates stay grounded.
