Thrust Reversers

i have YEYEYE's 757-200 and i noticed something. when you open speedbrakes/airbrakes, the Reversers slide open. I was wondering if there was a way to make working TR's (actually slow down or push plane backwards on ground). Or a way to make them stay closed in air, but open upon braking on the ground.

...ok the think that i know for the Game is what i see in the HARRIER"S. And is working just fine...up down....!
