Check Six View and Chase View Combo???

This is probablly a really dumb question as I am new to this sim but here goes.

 

Am flying Edward's Korean Mod for SFP1 and it is just outstanding. I was frustrated with the lack of a true check six view so I found the viewlist.ini code (I think by Capun's) to change the F5 view to that function plugged it in and it works great! The problem is I still want a chase view. So I guess I have 2 questions:

 

1. Is it possible to have both views by assigning the chase view to an unused key? If that is possible does anyone have to code to do it?

 

2. My second question is how can I recover the

original viewlist.ini which like a bone head I forgot to backup. Please don't tell me I have to re-install and patch... please... please.
