New guy again... In trying to program my F-16 FLCS joystick I messed up many of the keyboard commands not just the views. I tried copying the flightdata.cat file back in from a back up install but no joy... the default keystroke commands must live somewhere else. Any clues? Mike "Oilcan" Caulk

Help again, Hate to be a pest but I have still another question. I was trying to create a custom joystick file and evidently corupted my defalt setup. Now can't access some pretty important views. Is there a way I can simply copy the original file back in to restore my default keyboard commands? Thanks again, Mike "Oilcan" Caulk

Another dumb nubie question, How does a guy go about applying .rar files? Just downloaded the F-4D HighRes cockpit but it is in the .rar format with no read me instructions??? Help, Mike "Oilcan" Caulk

This is probablly a really dumb question as I am new to this sim but here goes. Am flying Edward's Korean Mod for SFP1 and it is just outstanding. I was frustrated with the lack of a true check six view so I found the viewlist.ini code (I think by Capun's) to change the F5 view to that function plugged it in and it works great! The problem is I still want a chase view. So I guess I have 2 questions: 1. Is it possible to have both views by assigning the chase view to an unused key? If that is possible does anyone have to code to do it? 2. My second question is how can I recover the original viewlist.ini which like a bone head I forgot to backup. Please don't tell me I have to re-install and patch... please... please. Mike

Guys, Have been flying SFP1 with the Korean War mod for several days now and more than 50 commies have joined Stalin in the lower parts of the earth. I have a question. Just picked up a copy of WoV and wondered do I apply all of the same patches? Here is what I used to update SFP1: Patch 1 sfp1_sp1.exe Patch 2 sfp1_sp2.exe Patch 3 sfp1_sp3a.exe Patch 3.1 sfp1_p31.exe Patch 3.2. sfp1_p32.exe This is also the order I applied them... is this applicable for WoV? Hey great mod, Just received my copy of SFP1 and installed updated and patched as instructed. Am having lots of fun however there are a couple of rough spots: 1. My F-86 cockpit has some rather large transparent holes... updated Diret-X so that isn't the problem??? 2. Am not offered option for drop tanks. Screen shot at: http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?download=1494 ...displays the 120gal combat version??? 3. In campagin mode after about 10 missions, mostly CAP and Fighter Sweeps I began getting only Rcon flights... I mean 20 in a row... recon Ground Hog Day! Is that normal? Hey Guys and or Guyetts, Want to get up and flying can get WOV for $29.00 or SFP1 for about $10.00. Is one better than the other or more compatable with all the addons???
