Sundowner's SF2 U.S. F-4D Redux

This is all of Sundowner's 2048x2048 U.S. F-4D skins for SF2, plus a couple that were previously unreleased.  They have been converted to .JPG's.  Also includes bump maps that match his skins and replacements for the stock TW F-4D skins.  Released with his permission.
