problem to find GROUNDOBJECTDATA.ini

please help me to find the GROUNDOBJECTDATA.ini.i encounter an instruction that says that i can extract this from the object data catalog but i cant open the data catalog at all.

Download it and install it somewhere. It doesn't matter where. Open the extract utility program and then navigate to your Ojects Folder. In there you will see the Objectdata.cat. The utility will be able to open that cat file. You will find the groundobectdata.ini in there.

 

Then highlight it and extract it. It will extract it to the Objects folder. Then you can edit that file and add objects to your game.
