Question about viewlist and ShoulderViewClass (External view)

Hello everyone,

I have been searching for the answers.  I am unable to find the zoom limitation.  I am trying to shrink and expand the distance toward aircraft (ZOOM).  Here is the code:

I changed it to 40, I am able to zoom further out. But by default, I would be all zoomed out.  What I am trying to do is to have a default zoom distance and have the ability to zoom all way in and out.  Where can I edit that?
