I found a similar photo on this site for a F105 Thunderchief Drop Tank fins, however, I've been told it could be something related to windmills. No one's seen one and the speculation is taunting. There's serial numbers (aluminum stamps?) On all pieces. Any information pertaining to possibilities would be amazing! Thanks! Hoping this thread is still running.. i was searching images of an aluminum object and it brought me to the original post of an F 105 drop/fuel tank. The rear looked identical on the fans. Could anyone enlighten me on these photos?
