Hi everyone, Just a small update from my side — I’ve now updated SF2 to the latest official patch and downloaded NATO Fighters 5. Everything installed cleanly, and I’m honestly excited like a kid again. Can’t wait for the winter break to properly dive into the campaigns and finally experience this mod the way it was meant to be played. The amount of work the community has put into SF2 over the years is genuinely impressive, and I’m grateful to be joining in a bit late but with a lot of enthusiasm. Also new to SF2 here. I’ve got a full merged install set up (Mar2012 patch level) and I’m mostly interested in early Cold War campaigns. One thing I’m curious about: are there any mods that offer something close to a dynamic campaign, or at least a campaign with a more “living” battlefield? And besides the big packs like NATO Fighters or Wings Over Korea, is there anything else you’d recommend as a good starting point for someone with a fresh merged install? Thanks in advance — still finding my way around the downloads section.
