yes controller works, i finished my first sortie right now with the skyhawk, destroyed the ground targets without interruption and landed successfully after. Even with only an controller the game ist fun

Hi Flanker, thanks for the explanation. I think I'll start by playing the base game without mods and really testing it out :DD I've also seen that some mods require a subscription. I think I'll wait the two weeks before trying my first mods and then maybe support the site with a subscription later if I find I want to invest a lot of time in the game. I moved to another country and had to leave my HOTAS setup behind. Now I'm currently playing with TrackIR and an Xbox controller xD It's doable, but definitely different from what I'm used to.
