How to install addons for Lock On?

I'm very sorry if this topic already exist but I am new here and I have some problems. I've buyd Lock On 2 days ago and I say that this is the best modern air combat simulator I've ever playd ( but I still how to learn how to fire missiles in NATO jets ) But I have one problem. I want to install addons of the F16 and Polish MIG29 planes and I don't know how to do it, and I don't want to screw anything. Can somebody give me an istruction how to install addons for Lock On? -
