Is the terrain in E1 supposed to drop off rapidly at the edges (its set to 'Far')

I didn't have any problems last night, played a handful of RAF and German missions in the campaign - the only thing I noticed was the sights weren't calibrated if you chose the 'no cockpit' option on te EI and the MS - but this was the aircraft that I had for a while and dont tend to go 'no cockpit' anyway. I'll have another go tonight and see what I can find (if anything). Your work is much appreciated Firecage

It works - weird, the drivers were the same version as on my 5 year olds PC and there was no problem on his rig. Mine must have got corrupted. Thanks All.

Not for a while, but I've just checked Nvidia's website and there are some new drivers on there - I'm downloading them now. I'll try it out and come back.

It was the April 2007 version from Microsoft website - I'll give it another go though (from Thirdwires site)

Got them - this is on the send report - AppName: sfg.exe AppVer: 8.30.6.7 ModName: directdraw.dll ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 0000236c

After installing the 30th August patch the game will crash on the loadup screen with an 'unexpected error' - no problems with prior patches. Anybody have any idea's? Thanks

Thanks mate but the link didn't work, was it pointing to aladar's DH2 in the 'Downloads' section? As for the model itself it's fantastic, cant wait to get shot down in this crate. The work of all the individuals who devote their time to the improvement of this sim is very much appreciated.

Could anybody point me in the general direction of the soundfile.ini and sound list.
