There is a missions folder, where lock on is installed. Try putting the mission files there. Campaign files go to campaigns folder.

You have to break up the campaign to separate missions first. Then you edit the mission files to suit your needs. You need a software tool for that. Which you get for example from www.virtual-jabog32.de, downloads, lock on related tools, mission campaign extractor.
