[WOI in vista] CTD Still Unsolved After Following the 5 Steps

Hi guys, RE: Wings Over Israel on Vista I have followed the 5 steps here http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?showtopic=26451 . Yes all 5, but I still have CTD when I press escape. Game: WOI OS: Vista Home Premium 32-bit , Service Pack 1 Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 1.7GHz RAM: 2g Graphics: GeForce Go 7300 DirectX: 10 thanks for the help
