Multiplayer mission tuning...

Hello all , by the way does anyone know how to start from ground in a multiplayer COOP mission ? Is there any trick to tune ? With "le missioneur" maybe ? I can't find the mutiplayer mission folder or any thing that have to deal with it... Thanks for any help ...
