Carrier Nightmares....Pls Help

Can anybody please help me. Most of my carrier missions have the same problem. When taking off instead of starting on the flight deck, I find myself in the belly of the Carrier. Eventually, since the carrier is moving, I find myself in the middle of the ocean. I've tried multiple aircraft types, locations, etc. but to no avail. Can anyone Help...............................
