Basic Repainting OFF tutorial-Gous

This is the basic repainting tutorial to add your own skins in OFF. I use DXTbmp and PSP 7 . Special thanks to MW for the DXTbmp program and the OFF team for the basic skin and a great game.
Note that this tutorial was written when P2 was out but it is P3 compatible.
