Su-25T Cockpit for Su-34 ?

Moin Moin! Anybody got an idea how to change in the all-flyable mod (got it from here) the standard su-27 cockpit of the Su-34 (or others) to that of the 25T ? Furthermore this child could also use the Phanta- and the TV-pod. I really'd love to run supersonic low level bomb runs...Wouldn't YOU? If anybody could help me with some useful hints, I will fall on my knees and prey to my new savior.
