I am located in the UK and the following is all for sale. 1: Thrustmaster Cougar Stick modded with RealSimulators R1 Force control sensor Board, all buttons working, all original cougar parts included(gimbals,pots,etc) original box. 2: Thrustmaster Cougar Throttle modded with IJ,s Aluminium Bushes for smoother movement, all buttons, rotaries, microstick working, original box. 3: Thrustmaster RCS pedals in Very good condition, these pedals have had very little use, original box Price and Shipping. I am looking for £250.00 plus shipping for the lot. Regarding shipping. I will ship worldwide but with the following understanding. This lot is very HEAVY and therefore shipping within the UK will by courier in two seperate Boxes. Many thanks to Wrench. Thats calmed them down. BTW Charlies Aces does not work with the Oct08 patch, unless you like your migs dancing all over the runway before they self destruct, seems to be something to do with the weapon editor but i`m probably wrong. Once again thanks Wrench. Grayson

Hi there, having returned to charlies aces after a long time i have come across the old problem of the fluttering stabs on the mig-19, can anyone remember what the fix for this was? regards Grayson

Just a quick one here,i dug out my old thrustmaster attack throttle the other day and then remebered they do not work under XP, does anyone know why this is? and if there was ever a workround for the problem ?

Hi there, I have recently got Falcon4AF and am having difficulty with the learning curve, however i am prepared to stick with it because i realise the huge potential of this sim. my question is, In the real world, How many hours and on what types would a student pilot have before he/she ever got near an F16 ??. Anyone.

H i There, if its the same carrier chatter i have installed you only hear it while your on the cat, as you take off and move away from the ship it fades out so you need to set your start position in the game to runway, Hope this helps.

Hi guys, just thinking out loud here, both YAP and Razbams sites are payware, so these are the things i would happily pay for. 1. Better planning maps for WoV ( higher rez,known sam and aaa sites, like we had in DI`s Tornado !!!) 2. A better A6 with DIANE (the pilot flew the plane but the Beanie put the ordinance on the spot ala "flight of the intruder". Not being a modder but knowing how many gifted people there are out there, how difficult would these be ?? your comments please.

er, roger that, installation is a bit fiddly, just make sure everything goes in the correct folders and this add on will make WoV a whole new experience. It just gets better with each new set of missions, seeing things like flight deck crew in thier correctly coloured deck vests, landing on a carrier that has static aircraft parked on it, finding the headlights of trucks at night on the Ho Chi Minh trail and taking them out in an A26,it just gets better !!!! worth every penny best of luck and good hunting :yes:

A big thumbs up to the guys who suggested the sound card drivers. Pulled the soundblaster out,went over to using the onboard sound(realtek), loaded up the drivers and hey presto everything works fine now. By the way just flew my first few YAP missions last night and the difference is awesome. YAP has done for WoV what GWX did for Silent Hunter III, taken a great sim and made it out of this world. many thanks to everyone who replied Grayson

Hi there Everyone, Tristan tried the WOV gui controller, no joy. USAFMTL, i think my directx is up to date. I know it is definitley April 06 but it would help if Microsoft were more specific about versions. I also run BoB wings of victory and Silent Hunter III at full max graphics without any problems. Bit of a stab in the dark here but this problem only occured after i patched the patch that allows water animation and high texture terrain,these both require pixel shader 2.0, i wonder if my card doe`s not support this mode. The documentation makes no mention of it ?? Grayson

Yes i`m using CHproducts control manager ver 4.?? to set up the key inputs. Doe`s this help??

Hi there, Just returned to WoV after a long absence. Thought i would get myself patched up to date and D/L them all up to the 083006, the one that introduced the water detail, now the game loads and runs fine until i press the ESC key to end the mission and then its straight back to the desktop without a results screen. All of the patching was done on a vanilla install of WoV and the CTD happens under all scenarios,instant action, create mission, load misssion and Campaign. any help on this would be really helpful.
