  1. Hello all, I have been doing a D.VII Skin, of my own design. When I take her for Test FLights to check every thing is where it should be, I see this grey spot on the upper-right corner of the Nose: What I would like to know is where on the .dds file (opened with Photoshop through DXTbmp) is the paint corresponding to this part. Thanks very much in advance. P.S. Only my second Skin. EDITOR: Photoshop, through DXTbmp
  2. A Question

Thanks very much Bullethead. It was on the side of the engine. Just a few more things to be ironed out and She'll be Ready to Go! Not until it's finished, then you will get the Full Force of Her Majesticness! Von Stalhein.
  3. This site is French, but every sentence has an English translation: http://richard.ferriere.free.fr/3vues/3vues.html v. S.
  4. Thanks for the warm welcome, guys! Got to give a mention to all of your screenshots as well. THEY'RE FLIPPING BRILLIANT! And OFF is BRILLIANT also. I like to get quite close to the enemy before firing. In fact I like to get so close to the enemy, and I follow the RFC dictum "Don't turn away from a head-on attack," that once I got both the left wingtips (plus interplane struts) of a D.VII shorn off by the wings of a Camel. IT FLEW!!! Unfortunately I was concentrating too much on flying straight-and-level WHILE BEING SHOT AT that I didn't take any screenies! Had to bail out, I was cold meat. And yep, here are some more. My Joy: Quickly turned to horror (those two are Nieuports) : See what I mean I do believe I landed with a dud engine. v. Stalhein.
  5. My Favourite Dogfight: 6 D.VII's versus 6 Camels Happened in the first minute, I thought I was done for Got Him!
