To install is as follows: right click your lock on icon and open "file location". Then open you your "sounds" file Then open your "effects" file Then scroll down to SonicBoom.wav Since the file you download here is the same file, you should just be able to drag the new sound onto the SonicBoom that's already on there. Windows will ask if you want to move and replace. Since that's what you want to do, then hit ok and you should be complete. If there is still problems than I apologize for uploading a bad file and wasting your time. cheers
