  1. hallo, i have a question, i have download the w020n90.dem <europe how big in size is the map within the dem file in kilometres and if i want to copy the complete dem file in TE how big must i set my terrein map size.

  3. thx for the quick replay, well CIA it dont work out for me just jet. but if it only wants to work as service USAF well its not the end of the world for now. That is tricky. However, like I said, an Air Offensive is your best bet, but I suspect that you already use it for the start. It also means alot of friendlies in the blast zone. Look for the "AirOffensive[001].Primary=WAREHOUSE" lines. Add a AirOffensive[001].FocusArea=Hanoi well its not the start of this campaign i made it for more less the end of it. this will be the end of the first part of the what if / alternative ending campaign. and the clue where the next campaign is a aftermath from. can i chance it from airoffensive001 to the last airoffensive? and for the lot of AI planes.. well i can end there tour of duty a day before the nuke drop. so it will be 1 b-52 left and 1 of the selected squadron for escort/sweep. probably because its a alternative ending i choice the f-14 tomcat squadron that may have fly test combat test missions as the escort/forward sweep. other question where can i find a readme file or pdf or something that explaines what commands there are, like that FocusArea command, i didn't know i could chance it to focus. FocusArea or Primary or secondary i know now. but are there more command. in the whole game that can be changed to something else. in the past i edit /tweaked msfs series. i got from that game a couple of pdf/readme's with lists of commands and effects they have to the game basicly what the engine would allow. is there something like that for SF1 ?

  5. thx , i know who this works for ground objects. but i was curious if it can work with aircraft or something similar like the strategic nodes i all ready got the nuke b-52 with a nuke starting on second last day of the war.<made a copy of the b-52D and changed the name to B-52nuke. but it did strike some where else in stead of Hanoi.. that is the thing i need to config.. or a way that it get a mission over Hanoi. thats why i wanted to know if i can direct it to Hanoi some way. and yeah thx good idea the reaction of Russia and China. and damn that will be lod of more planes to make/or ask premission for. at the end of vietnam war the f-14 and the f-15 entered service its allready 3 GB big<whole game incl. the root files. hahaha i know now it going to be bigger; and how can i add CIA as a selectable service, like USN or USMC or USAF. or must i edit the CampaignScreen.dll or other dll file for this? now i have CIA selectable under USAF as a squadron named CIA. but i want it to be its own service so i can add its own music etc. and JonathanRL thx for you comment. but i have a question for you. do you have any thing interesting or old stuff made but never used or stuff that work for sf1 and sf2.. that i can use for this era and the what if campaign. long version of my intro movie quality is not great i made it with no xvid or other plugins just wm7 codec and sound on pcm-wave settings. and i have a good idea for you as a campaign for sf2.. i wrote it on a other forum topic under the name patriotDJ or seiran i cant remember about my country .. the netherlands.. i life near a Airbase that protect the north sea etc. and last year they did intercept 2 times the tu-95 bear.. 1 time there is a video from helm camera given free.. februari 2011 2 f-16 from airbase leeuwarden intercepted the patroling tu-95 bear. tu-95 bear intercepted by 2 dutch f-16's 2011 still some cold war style of warfare left now days. no trainings missions but real intercept. i life aprox. 23 km west from that base, above my city < harlingen they do lot of interceptions, i see some times commercial 747's flying high with contrials and suddenly one after the other more contrails popping up next to the plane. i see these things 2 or 3 times a month but i think it happen a lot more then the times i see it happen. my country was during the cold war era defense shield against the soviets , we still have some nukes from usa here they shift it every night or day or when ever from base to base with number of decoy convoys and 1 real one. the first country to strike back with nukes if soviet union launched a attack or there was a lauch recorded. and now with the Iran crisis its also in defqon modus. and because of one men in my country we have lot of treats of arabic country's named Geert Wilders. and have one of the biggest habour Rotterdam < not by mass but by how much money they make. and airport. of europe Schiphol/amsterdam. and the biggest oil company of the world is its for 60% in hands of the queen the netherlands named Shell. thats why my country is every day of the year in code orange.. the netherlands is the biggest money motor of the EU.. if my country cant pay there yearly contribution to the EU, Countrys like spain , portugal Ireland are bankrupt. so in other words there is a lot in this small country that have terrorist values that don't only hit the netherlands on its own but the whole UNITED STATES OF EUROPE. i can think lot of scenerio's with this information alone. to make a semi real campaign. i am going to make this one for SF1 SF2 its to heavy for my old but stable game pc. so if u out of inspiration for campaigns... i don't know how different sf2 is with files and commands but if the basic is the same you can have some of my sf1 campaign to make them for SF2. sorry for the long post.

Hello guys, I am working on a rework/total mod of Wings over Vietnam.. can't help it vietnam war well i think its the most interesting war, Most of all because US Forces way ahead of time with technology still they didn't win the war.. iff only they used like on Japan a nuclear bomb... may be a different out come.. thats why i also making a what if campaign its allmost complete, i just have to ask permission of some modders to use for saving time on my hand. it got vid's/intro's, 85 % of the usefull aircraft and helo during the whole vietnam war.music / real radio chatter from vietnam. also the blackops missions or CIA spy missions /agent orange/ farmgate missions. the total arc light operation. but i wanna know if there is a way to control a little bit the campaign.. ground objects like tanks you can tell what targets they must hit during a campaign .. example : is there a way to tell the campaign engine that bomber 303 squadron hits Hanoi with a nuke on the date 12-31-1973 or something. destination telling or how its called. and that that mission only will be performed if North Vietnam capture some airfields or citys or something. if somebody can help me with this or tell me its not posible with this engine please tell me. they did say it was imposible to refuel during flying in the game they have a addon for it now. so i am curious if what i want can or can't be done with WOV/WOE engine. greetings Gastoff
