What are the long tubular objects protruding from the tail wing of the early Su-27, including the T-10?

Anti-flutter weights. At some point of development, on T-10-1 to T-10-11 (except T-10-7 and T-10-8), anti-flutter wings were also added on the leading edges of wings near the tips and on the horizontal stabilizer near the root.  

Those anti-flutter weights (on the vertical stabilizer stayed only on early production Su-27.

 

By the way, those are not tail wings; you can call them fins or vertical stabilizers. Not on the flight sim forum (even if it is light sim)....Shame, Shame, Shame...
