Even after all these years, I still enjoy flying Strike Fighters 2.

It's easy to jump into, the modding community has created an amazing amount of content,

and it remains one of my favorite combat flight sims

It does a lot of really weird things, but name for me a flight sim that is as customizable as this one.

This game also has some of the most talented modders for a flight sim I've ever seen.
