When you loading a mission you can see the loading screen of the aircraft and you can hear this jet engine. These i wanted to change but i am not sure which sound file i must replace and is there anything i must take care of...

Your replacement sound should be a .wav file and you just need to rename it loading.wav and drop it into the flight folder, overwriting the default one (back that up if you want to use it again).
