Ok is this sim worth buying?

I've only had alittle helo sim experience...I was wondering if this one is worth getting and what makes it so great?is there a MP community?and lots of add-ons and mods?

There was so much hoopla about it back when new,I bought the thing and i'm not a rotorhead even.

 

I enjoyed it very much.It's been awhile now and i'm sure there are a lot of mods and add-ons by now.

 

If you like chopper sims,you should be satisfied with EECH

Yes there are Mods and Weapons tweaker availible for this Sim.

 

I say get it, This is one that has remain on my harddrive from the day of purchase. I move away from it now and then, but I always end up getting back to it.

 

Some of my favorite featurse are:

 

The ability to couple it with EEAH for more aircraft and campaigns.

Free Flight ability.

Dynamic Campaign.

Very good Graphics.

 

Grips:

 

You will need a decent throttle controller and even then it's touchy.

Ground units are somewhat redundant in their placement and reaction.

 

however none of that takes away from the enjoyment of the overall product.
