Weapons officer not showing up

This is from my data.ini pilot shows up fine , but the GIB does not show

CanopyNodeName=Canopy

 

is this correct ? do I have to make changes somewhere else ??

Most likely a spelling problem, where do you declare the Pilot and Weapons Officer first?

Try this instead of weapons officer...

 

[CoPilot]

SystemType=PILOT_COCKPIT

 

thats what the stock 4's use from the dtat.ini

Didnt work

 

Most likely a spelling problem, where do you declare the Pilot and Weapons Officer first?

 

 

remember I am brand new to this....... declare ?????

whats your source data ini ? in case its the MIG-25P_data.ini, you have to add the copilot as a "system" too

 

from the MiG-25P_data.ini :

 

[Nose]

ParentComponentName=Fuselage

ModelNodeName=nose

DamageRating=DESTROYED

MassFraction=0.261

HasAeroCoefficients=FALSE

StructuralFactor=1.5

MinExtentPosition=-0.69, 3.24,-1.33

MaxExtentPosition= 0.69,10.03, 1.09

CollisionPoint[001]=

SystemName[001]=Pilot <----- see this ? thats the reason that the pilot shows up

SystemName[002]=NoseGear

 

Add SystemName[003]=Weapons Officer (in your case)
