Russo EE Lightning and Mirage Factory MiG-21F-13

I understood I could find Russo's EE Lightning in the files and I was unable. I would very much like to find this item and find where I would be able to download The Mirage Factory's MiG-21F-13. Thank you.

This is the original beta file.

Russo later did some FM work etc. as required by changes in patches.

I believe that he is getting ready to release a final version though.
