I guess you've allready guessed it by now, the A-4 template has been provided to us just minutes ago by Thirdwire, you can grab it at the Skunkworks downloads section (link in sig). Denzil 8)

The default templates are photoshop files with layers for camo and weathering. The actual skin files are just 512x512 .bmp files. I just use Paint Shop Pro, it's great and reads the photoshop files just fine.
