Where do I download the original MIG-19 flight model addon? I can't find it on the aircraft-add ons. All I see in this website is skins for the mig-19.

The MiG-19S is a stock plane with the Thirdwire flight sims. You just have to add a cockpit to make it flyable. The MiG cockpits are available for download here at CombatAce.
