F-104C-10 Data Tweaks

F-104C-10/D-10 Data tweaks by USAFMTL and The Wrench

Just drop these in your F-104C-10 and F-104D-10 folder and overwrite. Fixes some cockpit issuses and the reverse rudder issue.
