This was the primary Japanese Army bomber used during the first half of the war.

It was fast and had a respectable payload for a twin engined bomber but suffered from the same problems as most other Japanese planes in that it lacked self sealing fuel tanks and had no crew armor.

Make sure you have the Nations.ini file that includes the [Japanese Empire] entry.
