It works exactly like the engine of a car. There is fluid that is pumped thru a radiator that has fans blowing/pulling air thru the radiator. There is a small electrical pump that circulates the water, and there is a plate that attaches over the CPU. Additional plates can be attached thru out the system to cool the Video card, co-processor, hard drive etc...

Don't you have to worry about condensation and moisture?I live in Houston, so most of the time, humidity is pretty high, even with the AC or heater on in the house.
