How do i get rid of my addons?

I got an addon to make the F-15 change to an FA/18, but it dosnt work as well as i thought it would, how can i change it back to normal?

The problem with some of those "mods" is that they change some of your files permanently. Sometimes a complete reinstall of Lock On is the only fix.
