Found the file that controls the splash screen when I was looking through the .cats.

Strategy First Splash Screen Remover

------------------------------------

 

These files remove the annoying Strategy first splash screen from the start up for P1 and starts the game instantly instead of having to wait 5 seconds or clicking your mouse.

 

 

Installation

------------

 

Unzip the files in the strat_first_splash_remover.zip to your Strike FightersMenu directory.

 

Start SF, voila, no splashscreen.
