Tutorial for changing a/c in campaigns?

I have searched and read everything that comes up for a tutorial for changing the a/c in campaigns. For example, I'd like to maybe add an F-15E to the Burning Sands campaign.

 

Will someone help, please?

Thanks, Bibbolicious. I'll give this a try. I think I understand what's going on in the camp.ini.

It looks like you edit the air unit.

Also, thanks for the add-ons you've created. I think I just grabbed a couple.
