supid newbeee question

Have just bought strike fighters and tried to apply the patch but i get the following message - flightsim.exe is not a valid previous version & could not be upgraded.

 

Anyone got any ideas to help me?

 

the box says its a fully updated version is this y???

smudger when you start game what version shows up on splash screen?you'll see the numbers on bottom of screen,and no question is a stupid question

Do you have MSFS?

It may have found the Microsoft Flight Sim (same .exe name different directory).

 

Rename the Microsoft exe then apply the patch it should find the Strategy First version only then.

 

Then rename the MSFS back to it origional name.

 

If ya dont have MSFS don't know what to tell ya.

smudger This is the place to ask questions. The people who vist BioHaz are very helpful. Alot of them are the creators of the mods that you downloaded. If the community here can"t answer they can point you in the right direction. For single missions there are lots here created by Ranger in the downloads section. Highly recomend his missions.

thanks for the help guys yes the game already has the patch installed, now to install my 100mb of mods lol :shock:
