Dutchy Posted June 16, 2003 Posted June 16, 2003 Sunday I came back from Lulea in Sweden. (150km from the northpoleborder.) Great show. Long travel. Friday in train from Kampen to Schiphol Amsterdam. Flying to Stockholm Sweden, in the bus (12 hours) to Lulea. Seen the show at saturday and back at sunday after the show. Never seen darkness, but they have there midnight sun. What I saw was good. Gripen, Viggen, Draken,Lanser. The history of Swedisch airforce is intresting. Maybe also for you people. Maybe a little bit unknown, but very nice. It was my second trip to Sweden. And I think not the last one. Salute Dutchy Quote
CowboyTodd41 Posted June 16, 2003 Posted June 16, 2003 I saw a thing on Discovery Wings about the Sweedish airforce and this plane they had form WWII called the J-21 was really cool. Quote
SDirickson Posted June 16, 2003 Posted June 16, 2003 My mother's side of the family lives in Sweden, Stockholm at the moment. Used to live in Lulea though. Quote
