Where to find ammo effectiveness?

I have read that a 75-80% ammo effectiveness setting greatly improves the game, however, I can't seem to find this setting.

 

Can a kind fellow please point me to where the ammo effectiveness setting may be?

I use the gun editor for adjusting the bullet mass and so forth. Visit J18Dread's

I don't think current versions of the Weapons and Gun Editor work with the expansion pack.
