So, here's the subj:

 

1. Some aircraft (Su-17 and MiG-15) tend to "spring" while standing on the runway. How can I fix this?

2. For the abovementioned Su-17 - external camera of F6 view cannot get close to the plane, unlike other aircraft. How to change it?

I think there is a fix for the Su-17 bounching in archives here somewhere,just not able to remember how off my head.The camera issue is caused by an error in the Data.ini Below is from the su-17data.ini you'll need to make the change shown to get the camera to zoom in.you will have to change the leftouterwing in the same way.
