Flare graphical issue with JSF_Aggies HC using Enchaned Explosions 2

Has anyone run into the following ? I've done "clean" install, patched accordingly, and then applied enhanced explosion's 2, the flare's are the only one's acting up. Any idea's or suggestion's ?
