Moorkey 0 Posted November 25, 2007 Just thought I would open a thread here for discussion of my UCAV EDI project I am building in parallel to the build of the same in SFG. Current progress(for those not in the know from my SFG posts on the UCAV) is: I have modelled the aircraft, and have the basics of the Aeroelastic flying control animations in place. Will have screenshots as soon as it is imported (all will be work in progress). Please feel free to comment / ask questions.

Moorkey 0 Posted December 3, 2007 UCAV Update... I am currently in the middle of a surge at work, so don't get much time at the moment to even go near any of my projects. Sorry for the delay, I know this one is kind of eagerly awaited. I hope I am not annoying anyone with the everpresent delays. -Moorkey.
Moorkey 0 Posted March 14, 2008 Moorkey back on the air. I am finally, as of Monday, going to be able to get back on track with the UCAV EDI Project. I have, since December, been without my computer as it finally bit the big one. Sadly it is gone without hope of repair. On the bright side, I am getting a new one. On a brighter side, both the MSFS and SF versions survived the crash and will be progressed at short order. -Moorkey.

Moorkey 0 Posted July 21, 2008 Cheers for the test work! (The flying model is nowhere near the finished article yet. I think it's a little sluggish.) Am now modifying the wing to it's final stage of construction. Also to follow are the luge animations.

Moorkey 0 Posted July 26, 2008 Have finished tweaking the exterior model. Not much difference from the test model, other than the aeroelastics are a little less clunky and see-through. Work has started on the panel. Preview to follow (thanks for the advice JA37). Also, have ditched the slightly modified old flight model and am building the planned shiny new one. (once again, thanks for the advice JA37)

Moorkey 0 Posted July 27, 2008 that looks fantastic !!!so how well does it fly?!and respond?? At the mo (please pardon the pun) it has a mind of it's own. I am writing the air file from scratch, and all it seems to do is fly worse. Ho-hum, will keep trying! Have finished the gear animations, and am finalising the aeroelastics.
