Live TV, it's not what I thought it would be

After the release of my cookbook, which everyone MUST buy!!( I need a new gaming computer), I did a spot on the local week-end TV news show.I have to say I was really nervous, but live t.v. isn't what i though it would be at all. I had this picture of alot of people running every which way, and loads of cameras and cables, there was only 2 cameramen, a sound guy(who was really cool), the producer, and the weather guy who hosted the part I did. I have to say it was an interesting way to spend a morning.
